Okay, so I really don’t need anything for Christmas. I live to see the joy and excitement in the eyes of my children. Really. But I thought it would be fun to put together a wish list, like I used to do during the holiday season. So if Mr. Claus or anyone else is curious, or if you’re just here for ideas and inspiration, here are a few things I would love to see under the tree this year.
Normally I like to stick with practical items when it comes to putting together a wish list. Lord knows I need to replace some of the basics in my kitchen, and there are little projects that I’d like to get done around the house, but lately I have been craving a little bit of excess. And besides, anything you actually will get use out of is pretty practical in the end, right?
Sorel Conquest Carly Winter Boots
I am a bit of a boot addict. I have a pair of low-heigh snow boots but I have been coveting these. They are pricey, but that’s what wishes are for. Here’s to wishing, and hoping. Oh, maybe I’ll just go and treat myself :).
Kendra Scott Corley Silver Drop Earrings
Yes, I do have a bit of a KS collection going in my jewelry box. They’re such great quality and I love them. And I need more.
Touch Tech Cashmere Gloves from Nordstrom
Is it just me? Every winter season I make sure that everyone is covered with cold weather essentials but me. I am not a leather glove kinda person, and I’m addicted to my iPhone so I pretty much need these gloves.
Stella & Dot Renegade Cluster Bracelet
I saw this bracelet at a table during an event I attended and I can’t stop thinking about it. Love the edginess and it’s gorgeous at the same time.
Let me first say that I always toss the Athleta catalog in the garbage because the prices are so high. But this one’s a little more practical than my other ideas, and I really need some casual hoodies to go with my collection of yoga pants.
I was inspired by the Day 16: Editors Picks Gift Guide article on Yahoo!, because who else knows gifts like the editors? They see tons of products day in and day out and so I love feeding off of their ideas and suggestions. In this article I found a few items that I already own and others that I hope to own someday. There are so many different kinds of gift guides and helpful articles on Yahoo Style, so if you’re stuck and need a little inspiration, I’d start there.

These are great, stylish options. I’m not a boots girl but my aunts are!
