Harvard Sweet Boutique is an online gourmet baking company based in Harvard, Massachusetts. The company was founded in 2007 by Sue George, who prides her self on attention to detail-from the product to the packaging. All baked goods are made to order in small batches from scratch using all-natural, premium ingredients, and are beautifully packaged in whimsical boxes.
Sue sent us a sample of the Chocolate Swirl Almond Toffee to try. Harvard Sweet Boutique had me at the packaging (look to the left). What a magnificent gift this makes! The goodies were contained in a lidded snowflake box with a big holiday ribbon and bow. I’m considering buying something else just for the box! Now on to the important part. The Toffee. Just try to resist the description of this confection, I dare you!Fresh, buttery, dissolve-in-your-mouth gourmet toffee drenched in marbled swirls of Swiss bittersweet and white chocolates and topped with chopped, roasted almonds.
