Great Gifts for Children Under 10 #HolidayGiftGuide

By Heather

Samples received for consideration.
Gifts for School-Aged Kids

Every year we go through this. The kids like to base their gift lists on television commercials or the first item they see on the shelf at Target. It’s not easy to determine what they will actually play with instead of collecting dust. Nobody wants to spend $50 on a toy to be used as a display item.

Here are some solid gift ideas for kids under 10 that we think are pretty safe bets.

My nieces and nephews are so undecided this year so these are great ideas for me. I love that they are affordable gifts because I have 4 nieces and 4 nephews to buy for and that can get super expensive.

These are all such fantastic suggestions, Heather! I especially love the Lego ornament book idea! That sounds like something I might be able to incorporate into an advent calendar. Mag tiles are also another really good one…That is a toy that children NEVER grow out of…and they are SO much fun!

These are all such great ideas for gifts! Sometimes figuring out gift ideas is just so hard and having a guide like this on hand makes it so much easier! Definitely getting the coloring book for my sister!

I’d say these are all very good option. I love that they are affordable. It seems the lists get bigger and more expensive every year.

Every year I actually have a hard time buying for my kids….mainly because they don’t get obsessed about any particular character or show. I hate buying random things!

Oh gosh I know exactly what you mean. The girls currently want every single thing that comes out on TV right now. It’s so hard to gauge what they will actually play with. Thanks for the great list!!
