Goat cheese. I love it on a cracker, in a salad, on a spoon…
When I see it listed as part of a meal on a dinner menu, I can’t resist. I HAVE to order it, no matter what it is. This cheese has a smooth creamy consistency that lends well to blending with other ingredients. Most of the time, I either enjoy it as a dip or I crumble it onto my salad. Since I love it so much, I thought I’d gather a few different recipes to discover new ways to enjoy my favorite cheese.

I’m in heaven with all these recipes! Recently I tried goat cheese with grilled eggplant and roasted red peppers. Delicious!
