One charity that I absolutely adore is Make-A-Wish®. This organization gives terminally ill children a chance to see their dreams come true. We don’t know why these babies are made to suffer through life-threatening illnesses and I know that this is one question I would like to ask the big man one day. It is a sad reality of life, and whatever the reason for it, I am glad that there is an organization out there to help bring joy to these young people’s lives.
Do you have a minute to help children in need? Of course you do! That’s all I’m asking for, and it won’t cost you a thing. Now through September 28th, Straight Talk Wireless will contribute $1 to Make-A-Wish when you share the video on straighttalkwish.com. You can share once a day and they will contribute up to $100,00 towards their $1,000,000 goal.
Near a participating Walmart store? On Saturdays in September, if you take a minute to learn about Straight Talk at your Walmart store, they will donate an additional dollar to Make-A-Wish.
Through both fundraising efforts, Straight Talk will donate anywhere from $500,000 to $1,000,000. Last year, they met the $1,000,000 goal. That’s pretty exciting to think that another million could go to helping children this year!
