I’ve been taking 4X Pro-B supplements for about a month now and I feel great, but as discussed before, it can’t end there. The supplements are great, but only in conjunction with healthy habits such as smart food choices, exercise and plenty of water.
Being pregnant, I tend to be more mindful of what I’m putting into my body. That means more fruits and steamed vegetables for both me and the baby. But at the same time, this is also a time when there are so many dietary and other restrictions in place, that you also want to feel indulgent at times also.
It’s a good thing that there are some yummy snack foods – other than apples and bananas that also aid in digestion. You wouldn’t know by looking, but these delicious snacks are both high in fiber while allowing you to feel as though you’re treating yourself; these don’t necessarily feel like a “healthy” choice but they are when balanced with other great whole foods.
When you can get into the habit of making these choices for improved digestive health, it’s not only a great personal achievement but a great way to improve the way you feel. No one likes that bloated backed-up feeling, so why not do something about it? I definitely want to continue eating healthfully after the baby arrives and adding in lots exercise to help lose the baby weight and further improve upon the way I feel.
Lots of folks don’t know how to improve their digestive health or don’t realize how big of a difference a supplement like this can make. If you purchase the Pro-B, make sure you post your reviews on Costco.com to inspire others. I know I will. You can also offer feedback on the Costco Facebook page.

I’m lax in the whole vitamin/supplement area. I definitely need to get better about that.
