Someone told me over the summer never to eat store-bought guacamole, saying it could never compare to what you can make yourself. She probably never tried Wholly Guacamole. When I tried their guac, I couldn’t tell the difference between it and freshly-made guacamole. Yum!
I like to make my own foods, I really do. But if I waited for the day when I could map out time to make it myself, I’d never get to enjoy guacamole at home.
One day last week, an assortment of Wholly Guacamole yumminess was delivered to my door (that heavy package I tweeted about). My guacamole was here at last. The big surprise was that it wasn’t only guacamole. There was queso dip and salsa too. Party time!
Everthing was superb, but my favorite was the 100-calorie packs. They were spicy, and I like heat in my food. I love the fact that they’re portion-controlled to keep me from over-indulging. Guacamole does have some fat, but it’s the good fat, and avacado, which it’s mostly made of, is a superfood!
At Wholly Guacamole, they only use Hass avocado. Their guac has 20 vitamins & minerals and it’s preservative, additive, and gluten free. The salsa too!
And now, Wholly Guacamole is the official guacamole of The Biggest Loser tv program.
