I love the thin, sleek design of this 3rd generation Nest. This futuristic looking thermostat connects to your home’s WiFi which allows you to manage your home’s temperate when you’re away or too lazy to get off of the sofa. What I think is super cool about this device is that you don’t even have to set preferences. It will learn your heating and cooling habits and adjusts automatically based on your schedule which will in turn save you about 10-15% on heating and cooling costs. This winter I’ll be adjusting my home’s temperature when I’m heading home so that I can walk into a warm, toasty house.
I also like that the Nest tracks your energy usage and provides conservation tips. It also monitors your heating and cooling units and will alert you if something is not working properly. It’s like having a pal house sit for you – only it doesn’t feed the cats.

The Nest Smart Thermostat looks like a wonderful device to keep control over the temperature where ever you are. These days it becomes such an important resource when you can control things with an App, which is quiet amazing.
This sounds great especially when you are traveling. Adjust the thermostat so the house is set at the temperature you want before returning.
I like that you can purchase additional adapters. This sounds good to me.
It would be so nice to be able to control the thermostat without having to get up from the couch. Super cool home gadget.

I could use this router to boost my internet. I hate it when I have so many things to do and the sites just won’t finish loading.
So it can be adjusted from an app? That’s amazing! I also thing its neat that you can track your energy use with Nest.
My daughter is really great with tech. I bet she would love this and know how to use it within minutes to a few hours.
