Fruit Bliss – Much More Than Dried Fruit

By Heather

FRUIT-BLISS-LOGO-WEBSITE-FB-LOGO-2

When I started losing weight last Spring, fruit became an integral part of my diet. Unfortunately lately so has chocolate and ice cream. It’s time to get back on track and healthy snacking options help me do just that, especially when they’re conveniently packaged. When I was contacted about reviewing Fruit Bliss products I was expecting dried fruit.

What I received were the most moist and delicious dried fruit I’d ever tasted, and it’s all due to their unique process:

steamprocessSourced from far away places like Tunisia, Turkey and France, Fruit Bliss only uses the most high quality whole fruits such as figs, dates, plums and apricots. There are no added sugars or artificial sweeteners, and the entire line is Non-GMO Project Verified, Vegan and OU Kosher certified.

You can purchase right through fruitbliss.com as well as in specialty food stores. 1.76 oz packages are $1.29 and 6 oz. packages are about $4.79.
