Since Saturday is Independence Day, I figured I’d post Friday Finds a day early, since it’s really most peoples’ Friday anyway.
Summer is here, friends! We are enjoying spending time with friends and dining al fresco. Here are our most recent food & drink finds to help you kick off the season.
The last time I tried using a drink mixer, it tasted like cough medicine. Bungalow 23 Culinary Cocktail Mixers have established a new beverage category: true, craft-quality cocktail mixers that are ideal for pairing with premium spirits. Bungalow 23 has a selection of premium craft cocktail mixers made with fresh fruit purees, real fruit juices, and homemade extracts made from fresh cut herbs. Bungalow 23 mixers are all-natural and don’t contain preservatives, concentrates or artificial ingredients. Their three flavors contain blueberries grown in the fertile soil of Oregon’s Willamette Valley, pears picked from Washington’s Wenatchee Valley, prickly pear cactus harvested from California’s Salinas Valley, agave from Mexico and lavender from France.
For all of those fresh summer salads, you need a good quality olive oil. Cobram Estate takes pride in protecting the integrity of their olive oil to ensure absolute freshness. We received a bottle of Reserve extra virgin olive cold pressed olive oil. The award-winning Extra Virgin Olive Oil is not only pure but cholesterol and preservative free too. It doesn’t get better than this. Bring on the caprese!
G.H. Cretors’ organic line of non-GMO popped corn is our new favorite. Using simple, high-quality ingredients that are completely free of GMO’s, artificial colors, flavors, and preservatives, G.H. Cretors uses only 100% organic oils, and pure sea salt. Great for outdoor entertaining and healthy snacking for the whole family! We just tried Simply Salted and Extra Virgin Olive Oil for the first time and the bags magically disappear within minutes. Get free shipping on online orders through July 5th!
We have been buying Popsicles like they’re going out of style. There are so may different flavors and varieties, including the Marvel Popsicles. So cool for your little Marvel comic fan!
The Original Brand Popsicle is becoming a true SuperHero by releasing its first-ever comic book, in partnership with Marvel Custom Solutions. Actress and supermom of two, Vanessa Lachey, is also jumping on the SuperHero trend, and encouraging families to join the fun.
Popsicle has already started releasing its digital comics, one story at a time, on Popsicle.com. In July, families can pick up their own limited-edition hard copy comic book at select Marvel retail stores. Families can log on now to the new SuperHero hub, “Deep Freeze 9,” on Popsicle.com to register to be among the first to read these one-of-a-kind comics. It also features SuperHero-themed activities to keep families entertained all summer long!
These look like they are perfect for enjoying some adult beverages on the Fourth of July. I’ll have to try them with my husband.
I’ll have to take a closer look at the drink mixers. They sound very unique and good way to try something new.
Those cocktail mixers look really good. I’ll have to check ;them out.
We haven’t had any popsicles yet this summer. I guess we’ll have to fix that, summer is perfect popsicle weather. :)
Those look like fun. My kids would love those popsicles!
Those popped corn flavors sound really nice. I’d be interested in trying the Extra Virgin Olive oil flavor for the first time.
The prickly pear margarita mixer has me intrigued. We eat popsicles like they are going out of style here too!
What great finds! My kiddos would love the super hero pops! I will have to check them out and see if we get them here!
These are all great finds. My kids (and husband) would love the snacks and popsicles.
We love Popsicles. They are perfect for summer.
