Happy Memorial Day!

Several Fridays have come and gone, but we haven’t shared our Friday Finds in over a month. The school year is coming to a close and with that there have been back-to-back activities keeping us on the go. Busy, busy, busy but summer is coming and we are thrilled to enjoy all that it has to offer and that includes summer food!

Speaking of summer food, I finally started my garden. A bit late this year but the weather was so strange and unpredictable. So far we have planted roma and heirloom tomatoes, white eggplant, zucchini, bell peppers and herbs: rosemary, basil, mint and thyme. I’m so excited this year since we now have a fence and I no longer need to fence in my garden to keep out deer and other pests (finger’s crossed!).
