There are only nine weekends left until Christmas. Have you started shopping yet? Here are a few fun ideas to get you started.
October 29th is National Cat Day. I’m loving my newest Crazy Cat Lady Mug, because I am indeed the crazy cat lady. I’m sure you know somebody who would enjoy this mug for their morning coffee. The 16 oz. mug features a paw print on the bottom, which is purrfect. ($10, Big Mouth Inc.)
Any makeup lover will enjoy Smashbox’s Always Sharp 3D Liners. Bold shape is a trend that will be prevalent in the makeup realm this fall. When it comes to liner, the bolder the shape and color the better! You’ll see more squared and oval lines as opposed to the classic wing that everyone’s usually accustomed to doing. This trend adds lift to down turned eyes and gives symmetry to down turned eyes when you focus the shadow upwards on the lid. ($20, Smashbox.com)
Another unique present – BabyLit books! I’ve always been a fan of the series, especially classic favs like Pride and Prejudice, The Wonderful Wizard of Oz and Romeo & Juliet. So i’m thrilled the share their newest board books, Treasure Island and Emma! Illustrated with precious, adorable art, Treasure Island and Emma are wonderful, sweet new additions to Adams’ series, and a great entry way into classic literature for young children everywhere. Emma is written as an emotions primer, and discusses the feelings of others, while Treasure Island teaches about shapes! You can learn more about both books over on the BabyLit website ($10, www.babylit.com)
One of my favorite card shops is Papyrus. I’m so glad they recently opened up at a mall in my area. There are so many great options from boxed cards to calendars and greeting cards. (Papyrus.com)
