I really wish my parents had encouraged me to playing more years of sports. The connections you make being part of a team helps foster confidence, social skills and work ethics that will sustain your child’s future. Emma has participated in two years of pre-school soccer; this photo was taken in her first year – I can’t believe how little she was then!
She’s looking forward to playing again as part of our township team this coming fall. Organizations like this depend heavily on sponsorship and I just found out about PearUp.com, where you can find your next team sponsor and where your sponsor can find and support you. As part of the process, team members can earn even more dollars for liking the brand on facebook or following on twitter, etc. You can help support the Pear of any team for free by completing such tasks as well.
Through the Ritz Bits Snack For Your Champion Program, Ritz Bits is offering over $100,000 to help sponsor youth soccer teams all over the U.S. The dollars earned will go directly to the team via check to subsidize team fees, or they can be redeemed for custom team apparel.
So whether you want to create a Pear for your team, or you’d like to support others, this is a great program to turn to for help.
