A fresh, delicious low calorie lemony broccoli with an added crunch thanks to the garlicky panko.

  • 2 small fresh broccoli crowns, separated
  • ½ cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • ½ fresh large lemon, juiced
  1. Steam broccoli and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, melt the butter and add garlic, cooking for about 30 seconds.
  3. Be careful not to burn the garlic!
  4. Add the panko bread crumbs, stirring constantly until lighty toasted and golden brown.
  5. Place steamed broccoli into the skillet, mix well.
