Chocolate Peanut Butter Popcorn Bark

A delicious salty-sweet chocolate bark with the crunchy of buttery popcorn.

  • 20 oz milk or dark chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • 1 bag Pop Secret microwave popcorn, popped
  1. In a double boiler, melt about 16 oz. of chocolate.
  2. Stir well, adding coconut oil to thin the chocolate.
  3. Microwave peanut butter for 45 seconds.
  4. Spread chocolate in a thin layer on a wax paper or foil lined jelly roll pan.
  5. Add small spoonfuls of melted peanut butter and use a toothpick to gently swirl with the chocolate.
  6. Top with the desired amount of popcorn (and eat the rest).
  7. Melt the remaining chocolate and drizzle over the popcorn.
  8. Chill in the freezer for at least 45 minutes.
  9. Remove from freezer and cut into pieces. Serve or store in the freezer for later.
