Super Simple Ice Cream Sandwich Cake

  • 8 ice cream sandwiches, halved
  • 2-3 gallons ice cream
  • 30 Oreos, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 8 oz whipped topping
  1. Line springform pan base and sides with wax paper.
  2. Halve ice cream sandwiches horizontally and line the edge of the pan with the sandwich side flush to edge.
  3. Crush oreos using a food processor.
  4. Add milk to meld the cookies and press into the base of the pan to form a crust.
  5. Freeze 20 minutes.
  6. Let ice cream sit in sink for the duration.
  7. Layer ice cream, one flavor at a time.
  8. Top the entire cake with whipped topping and any other toppings you desire.
  9. Freeze overnight.
  10. When ready to serve, release springform pan sides and remove the wax paper.
  11. Enjoy!
