Lebanese Yogurt Sauce made with The Greek Gods Lebni

A delicious cucumber yogurt sauce infused with fresh lemon, garlic and mint. Makes a great dip or side.

Serves: 10 servings
  • 16 oz container of Lebni
  • ¼ cup water
  • Juice from ½ lemon
  • 1 heaping teaspoon minced garlic
  • ¼ t salt
  • ¼ t pepper
  • 6 large mint leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 english cucumber, finely chopped
  1. Combine the first six ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. Mix well until an even sauce consistency is achieved.
  3. Gently incorporate the mint and the cucumber.
