Chicken Parm Pasta with Broccolini (a gluten free pasta recipe)

A complete meal in a single dish, made in a singe pot!

  • 1 lb. Barilla Gluten Free Penne
  • 1 Jar Barilla sauce, any variety
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 lb. chicken breast tenders
  • ½ bunch broccolini
  • 3 small campari tomatoes, chopped
  • bunch fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 c shredded mozzarella
  • salt + pepper
  1. Sprinkle the chicken tenderloins with salt + pepper.
  2. Cut into small bite-size pieces and saute over medium heat with one tablespoon olive oil.
  3. Once cooked thoroughly, remove from pan.
  4. Pour 2 cups water into the dutch oven or large pot.
  5. Add dry pasta and jar of Barilla sauce and cook for approximately 8 minutes.
  6. Add uncooked broccolini, tomatoes, chopped basil and chicken and cover and cook for about 5 additional minutes.
  7. Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella and serve.
