After school snack: Whipped Peanut Butter Parfait

  • 1 Yoplait Greek Vanilla 100 single
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 pkg of 2 Nature Valley Crunchy Oats n Honey Granola Bars
  • ½ banana, sliced
  1. Whip together the yogurt and peanut butter with a fork until blended.
  2. Place one pouch Nature Valley bars in a closed plastic zip baggie and mash with a meat tenderizer until it resembles loose granola.
  3. In a glass, layer yogurt mixture first, followed by bananas and oat mixture.
  4. Repeat with at least one more layer and enjoy.
