Panko and Parmesan Crusted Flounder

- 4 flounder filets
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- ½ cup parmesan cheese
- ¼ tsp dried thyme
- salt and pepper to taste
- lemon
- Preheat oven to 400°
- Mix the bread crumbs and parmesan cheese in a large bowl.
- Dip both sides of each filet in the mixture
- Set breaded filets in a greased shallow baking pan.
- Top each fillet with a pat of butter if desired.
- Bake in the oven for 15 minutes, then broil for a few more minutes to brown the crust.
