  • 1¼ cups grapefruit juice (or a whole grapefruit peeled plus ¼ cup water)
  • ¼ cup walnuts raw
  • 1 whole banana frozen
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • ½ cup coconut water
  • 1½ cups ice cubes
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend from low to high until frosty smooth.
