I wish I had the ability to communicate with my past self. Looking at photos of myself in my 20s, I remember feeling like I was so imprefect, overweight and flawed. And right now I wish I could look like that. What was I thinking?

Now I know longer see beauty as perfection; there not one cookie cutter version that we should all aspire for. Now I see beauty in flaws and uniqueness, in health and in confidence.
