After the master bedroom, Emma’s room is the largest in the house. I’ve been working on decorating it since before she was born. She’s got her crib, a large hutch, a chair and ottoman as well as a few pieces of art/photos and a mirror and yet the room still feels empty because there’s so much wall space to fill.
Lately I’ve been focusing again on completing her room, and the newest decoration is this beautiful custom artwork from NameFrame. If you look closely enough, you’ll notice that it not only features her name, but photographs within the name. Such a clever idea!
The process for making your own custom NameFrame was fairly simple. First, you choose from seven frame colors and six different matting options – more if you’d like double matting. For $5.00 each you can also add ornaments for that extra flair. For Emma’s bedroom, I really liked the bear with heart ornaments.

From there, you can upload your photos, or choose to add them later when you’re frame arrives, or display the frame without any photos at all.
I was struggling in the upload process for Emma’s frame before I realized that the system didn’t like the large files I was trying to load. As a result, I ended up making a few of the photos too small and they came out pixelated in the end product. No worries though, because I can change out the photos any time.
It is a little difficult to make out some of the photos within the name cutouts. Perhaps I should have selected a different font. But I am still very happy with this product since I look at it more as a piece of art which happens to include images rather than a photo frame.
