As much as I am sad they my little baby is becoming a big boy, I am ready for him to start using the potty. We were off to a great start months ago and just as my daughter did, he regressed and started refusing to go. When we’d see him going in his diaper, we’d encourage a trip to the potty so he learned to start hiding from us when it was time.
Contours Bravo
We’ve tried just about every type of potty. Ryan prefers a separate potty over a seat that fits onto the toilet. When I unboxed the Contours Bravo by Kolcraft, he ran right over to try it out and it was a perfect fit.
This is the most substantial potty I have ever seen. It has some weight and bulk to it – much larger than our old potty seat. This is a good thing for several reasons. For one, it stays put and does not move around easily when your child is trying to sit on it. It also seems much more comfortable. It features contoured edges and a high back.
Ryan is much more willing to go potty, and in fact he’s been telling me more often when he has to go. It could be a coincidence, but I think this potty might have something to do with it.
The other feature that parents will love is that everything comes apart easily for cleaning. The reservoir easily lifts out and the splash guard slides right off for cleaning.
The Contours Bravo is a 3-in-1 potty. It goes from being a stand alone potty to be used on the floor, to a toilet trainer that will fit round or elongated toilets. Flip over the base once the toilet trainer (blue seat above) is removed, and you have a separate step stool. Pretty neat, right? I love when things have multiple uses; feels like I’m getting my money’s worth.
The Contours Bravo is priced at just under 40 dollars. It’s available in aqua, berry and lime.

I would love the aqua one! My sister in law is having a baby and I’d love to get her set up and ready to go even for the future!
I would love to win the Lime Contour seat! I love how convertible it is! Makes for way easier potty training!
I would pick the lime, I just love it. I think it is awesome that you can also use it on the commode and use the bottom for a step stool. it is the coolest thing because you don’t need a potty and stool in there.
I would choose the color aqua and I love how this product is 3-1. I really like things with multiple uses.
My pick would be aqua. It’s great that the potty transitions to a toilet trainer and step stool.
I love the aqua! I like that it looks light weight and it would be easy to take from room to room.
I like the aqua the best. I like that it turns into a stool. I hate having a product that is only good for a few months or a year. Having it flip into a stool means it can last years, making it a better value than other potties.
I would pick lime. I like that it is also a Toilet Trainer,
THE AQUA WOULD BE A GOOD COLOR FOR MY NEPHEW. THIS IS A GREAT POTTY.
I like the aqua one! My little man is almost ready to start potty training and I think the bright color and cool design will interest him in finding out what this potty business is all about!
