One thing I’ve talked about quite often here is my daughter’s obsession with Yo Gabba Gabba. She let’s loose and dances her little heart out when she sees her favorite friends dancing and singing. So naturally, as I start to think about birthday party number two, I’d like to incorporate her favorite show into the fun festivities. I’m thinking of throwing a Yo Gabba Gabba dance party for the special occasion.
An easy way to begin planning is with themed party supplies. The only place I was able to find Yo Gabba Gabba themed merchandise specifically for a 2nd birthday party was Celebrate Express.
The Yo Gabba Gabba! 2nd Birthday Deluxe Party Pack is $39.99 includes the following items:
- 8 invitations
- 8 place settings (dinner plates, cups, forks & spoons)
- 8 activity placemats
- 16 napkins
- a solid-color tablecover (mine is blue)
- Gabba centerpiece
- Foil balloon featuring the Gabba gang
- 18 regular solid balloons in 3 colors
- curling ribbon in 3 colors
- crepe paper rolls in 3 colors
- star confetti
- cake candles and a #2 candle
This is a great starting place for our dance party. The balloons are all helium quality, and one batch has the number 2 inscribed which helps to bring together the number two theme. I’m going to have to purchase a disposable helium tank for the balloons, and I’ll need to buy extra invitations and plates/cups since we’ll have more than eight children attending. I also have a few additional accessories on my mind.
Like these radio-shaped favor boxes. I love these! They’re available with or without the goodies inside. They’re a dollar a piece empty and only $4.29 filled – very reasonable!
And what’s a birthday party with these special hats?
I’m very pleased with the overall quality of the Yo Gabba Gabba! 2nd Birthday Deluxe Party Pack. These supplies will complete our Yo Gabba Gabba dance party, and I know Emma and her friends will be so excited to see the décor on the special day.
