Brownie Mix Cookies

By Heather

These cookies have been a long time coming. I jotted down the recipe months ago and with 4 or 5 boxes of brownie mix collecting in my pantry, I decided that it was about time we finally made them.

Simply mix the ingredients and spoon tablespoons of dough onto a cookie sheet or as I did, roll it into balls before baking. Either way it takes about 10-15 minutes to cook in the oven. The first batch I baked wasn’t in the oven long enough so popped them back in to cook some more and when the cookies puffed up and became brighter in color, they were done.

Overall it took about 15 minutes for these to bake in my oven.
