About eight months into her pregnancy, Tina’s doctors discovered a benign tumor on her brain. Six weeks after her precious angel was born, she underwent an intense 8-hour surgery to remove the tumor. The recovery process took over 6 months and Tina had to relearn many simple tasks we take for granted. Thoughtful friends and family sent flowers and food gifts often, but Tina was on a feeding tube so much of it went to waste, and her husband Martin is allergic to flowers. However one friend sent a pair of comfortable pajamas. Tina appreciated the practical present, and the idea for Bee Well Wishes came to fruition.

Tina and Martin founded a company created from heartache, tears, pain, love, joy and thankfulness. They have found a way to fill so many people’s lives with comfort and love when it’s needed most.
The Big, Big Bee T-shirt we were sent has got to be the softest shirt and it is accented by a super cute bee character which flies in from the side.
