Back to School With Staples ($25 Gift Card #Giveaway)

By Beth

On the last day of school last year, my daughter emerged at the end of the day in tears. When I asked her what was wrong she sobbed “school is over!” She loved her teacher, loved seeing her friends every day and just generally loved everything school has to offer. When I suggested we start our back to school shopping this summer she was ecstatic, for she knew that meant the new school year was not too far off. The night before school started was full of excitement and anticipation. For her, it was as good as Christmas Eve. (My boys? Not so much.)

So, when Staples offered to send us some school supplies to try out, I knew I had the perfect candidate to give them a whirl. She was thrilled to open up the box and find folders in fun designs, really cool 3D graphic notebooks and a variety of desk supplies. And of course my school loving girl has her own desk to be able to put the new stapler, paperclip holder and tape dispenser to use. Not only will she use them during homework time but when she heads up her own classroom full of her well behaved students of stuffed animals and dolls.

When I asked her what her favorite new school supply was she told me it was the Staples 3D Poly Cover Notebooks, she had never seen such a “neat looking notebook” before. I must say, they really are eye catching and I may need to pick up a few more in other designs for my boys. My favorite though was the hot pink, z

ebra striped Staples® Compact Stapler. What a fun way to add a little splash to my dreary (and cluttered) desk top! I’ve claimed it as my own, but as I’ve already stated, I’ve got a little competition in the school/office supply department. I also love the Staples Square Magnetic Clips which are perfect for holding school notices. The magnets are super strong and don’t slide down the fridge or easily get knocked off by the closing freezer door.

I really loved all the product Staples sent us to try and how they add a little pizzazz to what could be otherwise mundane tasks.  My daughter is set for her school year and ou too can find all your school and office supplies at Staples. They offer a great variety to fit the needs of everyone in the family….even my new middle schooler that came home with an endless supply list.

One lucky reader win win a $25 Staples gift card to buy back-to-school supplies! (US, Ends 9/27)

I think a lot of Correction tape and fluid and erasers would be good items for the back to school supplies.
