With the start of kindergarten approaching more quickly than I’d like, I can’t help but wonder what lunch time will look like for my little girl. Should I pack a snack or will that deter her from eating her sandwich? Will she be able to eat peanut butter? Emma is one picky eater, as is my youngest who will be starting preschool. I don’t like to make the same thing over and over because even if they enjoy it once, they may tire of it in the near future.
Packing lunch is something I’ve always struggled with, but thankfully we’ve been able to add a few more things to the list of things-they-will-eat as each year goes by. I was recently sent a Mini Babybel Snack a Little Bigger Back-to-School kit filled with yummy Babybel cheese and a copy of Weelicious Lunches by Catherine McCord which will definitely come in handy as we prepare for school.
Mini Babybel is a creamy all natural cheese delivering 5-6 grams of protein in 80 calories or less; it’s the perfect addition to a healthy lunch. My kids especially enjoy unwraping the wax packages. Ryan and I love eating the cheese, and we’re working on Emma.
We used our kit to pack a healthy lunch complete with a sandwich, fresh fruit and of course some delicious Babybel chese. Check out the product locator to find the store where it’s available nearest you.
What tips do you have for school first-timers?
We received a Mini Babybel Snack a Little Bigger Back-to-School kit to facilitate our post. All opinions are my own.

My son is like addicted to cheese. I have to hide it so he won’t eat it all.
