If you know me, you know that I love a good subscription box. I think what people love about this brilliant idea is that it mimics the excitement you feel when you’re surprised with a gift. When you receive a package or a wrapped gift and you don’t know exactly what’s inside, your mind runs wild with the anticipation. And when you like what you see after opening it up, all the better.
It’s a new year, and we’re all trying to get off to a good start by sticking to healthy habits, right? I knew that BabbleBoxx was sending a resolution-themed box my way but I had no idea what was inside so I was eager to open it up just like it was Christmas morning, only better. Here are my favorites, in order:
Made in Nature Tart Cherry Fig Figgy Pops
The people in our house are snack-a-holics so naturally the first item I noticed were these delicious Made in Nature Tart Cherry Fig Figgy Pops. They’re made with organic everything and without the nasty stuff that is in other food products like refined sugar, GMOs and anything artificial. Plus they are a dee-licious and healthy snack you can feel good about. Talk about starting the new year off right. With code: janboosters you can get $10 off orders of $39+ from site Dates valid until 2/28.
FITS Socks
Whoever said that socks make a bad gift never tried these socks. I absolutely love receiving socks as gifts. They’re comfy, keep me warm and the ones I like tend to be rather pricey. These FITS Runner and Hicker Socks are awesome – the hiker ones are perfect for this nasty cold weather. Be sure to enter $200 FITS Gift Card Giveaway – winner will be announced on January 25, 2017.
Tea Forte
In an effort to lower my caffeine intake and also to keep myself from snacking mindlessly, I’ve been drinking a lot of tea. It also keeps me nice and toasty. Loose leaf teas are not something I normally shop for. This is another thing I love about subscription boxes – you receive cool things that you wouldn’t ordinarily buy for yourself and discover that you can’t live without them. In the box were Tea Forte looseleaf tea tins and an infuser but my favorite item was this “Sipscription box” with individually portioned packages of tea – no measuring required! Get 10% off any Sipscriptions item with code WELLNESS Valid through 1/31/17.
I do enjoy making delicious healthy recipes. The Food, Health and Happiness book by Oprah Winfrey couldn’t have come at a better time. Lastly, the Just Water sample proved rather useful as did the Equal Beanie which also included a rubber bracelet.
BabbleBoxx but together a wonderful box; I was not disappointed.
