Anyone else here feeling overwhelmed with all things fall? We thought that life was going to get easier once the kids went off to school, but then we started volunteering for things and became involved in fall sports, PTA, class trips and lots of homework. We are busy and I don’t have time to prepare elaborate meals for dinner, so I asked some fellow food bloggers to send me their favorite tried and true easy recipes using the slow cooker, and boy they delivered.
We’ve categorized them by type and course to make it easier to find what you’re looking for. These all look amazing so get yourself a nice crockpot (affiliate) and get cookin’!

I haven’t used my slow cooker in a long time, I should really get it out and make some of these great recipes. Lots of great choices and it would give me plenty of leftovers to freeze.

I use my slow cooker all year long, but especially during the fall and winter. It’s so nice knowing that dinner is simmering all day and the house always smells so good! This is a great list of recipes and I want to try them all.

I use my crock pot all winter long, so I am always looking for new recipes. You have lots of good ones here.
I just pinned this list as we use our slow cooker (well we have an actual Crock Pot brand) during the soccer season. Easy way to have a good meal without the hard work of trying to cook so much after late night soccer stuff.
I hear you! We are running from field to field too.

Fantastic list of recipes. I think I will brush off my slow cooker and get some chicken and try a few of these recipes. I love the idea of making it and leaving it.
