Stress is a normal side effect of our busy lives. Maybe it’s our body’s way of telling us to slow down and focus on the positive. I am guilty of worrying about things that are out of my control. Unfortunately, when I’m stressed I experience heart arrhythmia, palpitations and chest pain. Neither are fun, so I try to squash the stress with a few simple lifestyle changes.
1. Switch to decaf
I know some of you are cringing at the thought, but I really do notice a difference from when I cut back on the caffeine. Sometimes I’ll feel a little daring and have a regular cup, and almost immediately I don’t feel well. Decaf is not that bad once you’re used to it.
2. Get a good night’s sleep
When your body is well rested, you won’t need caffeine to function. Our bodies need uninteruppted sleep.
3. Work it out
The ultimate stress reliever, and all around good-for-you. There is truly nothing like a great workout to relieve stress thanks to those endorphins.
4. Eat a healthy diet
They say an apple will wake you up more than a cup of coffee. Reach for fresh fruits and vegetables, protein, and whole grains. Limit processed foods and sugar.
5. Use a homeopathic remedy
Many doctors quickly prescribe medication to help, but I have never been to keen on taking pills unless it’s absolutely necessary. I’m also hesitant to take certain narcotics that are addictive in nature. When you need a little help, Rescue Pastilles are a great natural way to relieve the stress. They are all natural, non-addictive and they don’t come with any side effects like sleepiness.
RESCUE stress relief products including RESCUE Pastilles, RESCUE Sleep Liquid Melts, RESCUE Pearls and more are available now in the US at CVS, Walgreens, Whole Foods, Sprouts and wherever you find natural products!

I am a big fan of Bach natural products. I suffer from anxiety and other mental health disorders. Medication only gets me so far. I have been using the Rescue Remedy spray for years. I also suffer from insomnia so this product works wonders for me. I’ve even used the pet remedy.
