Last year, I surprised my mother and mom-in-law with pretty pink t-shirts from Cafe Press.  How could I go wrong with a photo of their lovely Granddaughter as the centerpiece?  I used the Cafe Press design tools to do add the photo, words and graphics and I was very pleased with the finished result.  They were too.
