We all have our favorite recipes that we make over and over again. They’re on the rotation for a reason and usually it’s because we know exactly how to make them without having to refer to a recipe. Most of the recipes we share here are easy to make with a minimum amount of ingredients. Sometimes I like to get fancy and do something special, but like many of you we are busy people and we prefer to keep it simple.
When it comes to entertaining, we almost always serve some sort of dip as an appetizer. This one’s an old standby because everyone loves it and it’s only. three. ingredients. So easy!
Years ago I used to think that I had to fuss in order to have a great party that would impress the guests. Nothing could be further from the truth, especially when you find recipes like this 3-ingredient mexican cheese dip. Always a crowd pleaser and since it’s fuss-free, we have more time to social, mingle, and dip!
We usually have theses ingredients on hand which is another reason why we love this dip so much.
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 8 oz jarred salsa
- 6 oz Heluva Good Jalapeño Jack Cheese, shredded
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Meanwhile spread cream cheese into a layer at the bottom of a 7-inch baking dish.
- Add jarred salsa and spread evenly.
- Top with shredded cheese and bake for 10 minutes.
