Am I the only person who didn’t realize that the 1-800-Flowers.com brand extended beyond flower arrangements?  If I had realized this earlier, I know it would have made gift-giving much easier.  And as much as I love receiving flower arrangements, not everyone does.   But I don’t know many people who were bummed out when a tasty treat arrived at their doorstep.

So next time you want to send a treat to a friend, consider one of these brands that are an extension of the 1-800-Flowers family.

Cheryl’s sent us a lovely silver box tied with a satin bow.  Between the lovely wrapping and the Buttercream snowflake cookies, this box was holiday perfect.  We shared them with family on New Year’s Day – before our diets started – and they were moist and chewy.  Just how I like my cookies.

Each cookie was individually wrapped inside which was nice – we didn’t feel as tempted to eat them all at once since we knew that they’d keep fresh longer.

We also received a sampler box from The Popcorn Factory.  It contained a small sample of most of their goodies including popcorn, nuts, cookies and chocolates.  I love their popcorn and so does the little lady, so those two little bags did not last long at all.  The cookies were pretty darn good as well.
