I participated in a Influencer Activation on behalf of Influence Central for OshKosh BGosh. I received an OshKosh BGosh gift card to facilitate my post and a promotional item to thank me for my participation.
When I was a kid, and if you owned a pair of OshKosh BGosh overalls, you were darn near famous. Well I’m excited to report that those overalls you all knew and loved are back in full force. Not that they ever left, but I found so many different overalls in the little kid section at the back of the store.
Nothing is more American for the 4th of July than OshKosh. This iconic brand has been known for years for beautiful, high quality clothing that boys and girls size 0-12 will love.
Because Ryan has more clothes than we know what to do with, we were shopping for Emma. She has been loving easy summer living and needed a few extra pair of shorts and dresses. When we walked into the store, just about everything was on sale. There were clearance items which were marked down an extra 30% off the lowest price, and even many of the newer items were 50% off regular price.
Normally when I’m shopping for my daughter, she’s in school so it was nice to have here there to try on things because I find that many things run a bit too small on her body depending on the style. If you can’t bring your child along to shop and try, OshKosh does have an excellent return policy.
When I got to the register, I thought the total was going to blow me away. Then the cashier applied my coupon and I was even more surprised. So I decided to pick out an extra pair of shorts and some pretty hair accessories to go along with the clothes. All told I spent just about $100 for all of the clothes and accessories pictured above: Two dresses, two skirts, four shorts, one tee, two leggings, five headbands and one set of hair clips. Plus I got $20 in rewards that I can spend now!
Her favorite is this beautiful blue sundress. I think this will be the perfect 4th of July dress!
By the way, they have an awesome 25% off coupon right now – which I forgot to bring but I did at least have 20% off. So make sure you print and bring yours to the store before shopping. There are some steals to be found!
Frozen yogurt blueberries
After all that shopping, we needed a snack. I made these delicious yogurt covered blueberries the other day. They are super easy to make and they’re the only way I can get Emma to eat her blueberries. Line a cookie sheet with wax paper and dip each blueberry into your favorite yogurt.
Freeze the sheet for at least an hour. Store the yogurt covered blueberries in a baggie until you’re ready to enjoy!
