Lancôme #DreamTone Review #bareselfie

lancome

I’m in my mid 30′s now and starting to see those signs of aging that I never took quite seriously before. I find myself wishing I did a better job with my skincare routine before all of these new wrinkles popped up, and wondering if it would even have made a difference at all. I’m not sure I believe in miracle products, so it’s a relief to me when I find a great product that delivers without making ridiculous claims.

Lancôme DreamTone is one of those products. No empty promises, just a great tinted formula designed to even out your skin tone. I love this formula because I go makeup-free most of the time. I apply the formula and then I’m ready to go on with my day. When I wear makeup on the weekends, I apply DreamTone underneath. Great either way. I love the scent of the product, and the texture goes on nicely without being greasy or filmy. I think a lot of people assume that this is supposed to make your dark spots go away, but that’s not what the product is. Basically, it is a tinted moisturizer designed to visibly reduce the appearance of dark spots, uneven skin tone and imperfections. Read that carefult. Reduce the appearance.

But let me take a step back and talk about the packaging. I love it! The bottle looks like it has a cap, but it’s really a very clever design. With a simple twist, out comes the dispenser.

Lancôme DreamTone retails for $98 for a 1.3 fl oz. bottle and is available for purchase at Lancôme.com and department stores nationwide.

Here is my bare selfie. No miracles, but an improved appearance thanks to DreamTone. Click here for more info on Project #bareselfie.
Disclosure: I received a free sample to try and review.
