If someone looked at my Pinterest boards, they would think I was a great chef, baker and had homemade items all over my home. The truth is that I “pin” items with the hopes of doing them some day. I just haven’t gotten around to any of them yet! So I finally decided to try one of my first pins, a DIY headband holder.
This headband holder was my inspiration. My daughter loves headbands but there was no good place to display them. I decided to tackle this project today and, no joke, this craft took less than 5 minutes. This is all you need – a big can of oatmeal, wrapping paper & tape. If you are feeling extra crafty, you can use fabric and ribbon.
Then you wrap the oatmeal can like a present:
And here it is, a cute DIY headband holder!
You can get really fancy and do something to the cap and maybe even add some ribbons to the top and bottom, but for me, it serves it purpose and i’m proud that I did my first Pinterest project!

I need to have a little girl so I can do cute things like this!
Love this idea! It is too cute and we can use everything we have at home!
my daughter is using a full roll of paper towels I think I may have her make this and take back my paper towels. Cleaver idea. Thanks for the post.
Good idea! Thanks =)
SO cute!!
That is really cute! I like this idea!
Next one I make i’ll use fabric, but it’s so easy and Caroline loves seeing them all displayed!
I LOVE it! Great little project :)
