How to hard-boil your Easter eggs in three easy steps

Normally, I make a decent hard-boiled egg doing it the way my mother taught me.  But since we’re dying our Easter eggs tonight, I did some research on the best method.  Here’s how it’s done. Step 1: Set raw eggs in a pan and cover with cold water.  Over medium heat, slowly bring the water to a boil. Step 2: Immediately cover and remove from heat.  Let sit for about 10 minutes.
