My daughter has really long hair; she never lost the full head of hair she was born with as I was told would happen. I'm quite jealous of the fast pace at which her shiny locks grow. Since having my son, I've noticed not only a great deal of hair loss but also significant breakage around the face; it could be him yanking on it, which he loves to do, or it could be just loss of strength and resilience due to the test of pregnancy and its affect on my body. You know when you're sitting around with old friends and you get to the time honored question of what you'd bring with you if you could choose your one possession on a deserted island? Back in August, my girlfriend and I did a spa day together. It was a fun, relaxing day - except when it came time for the facial.
